Return Authorization Policy
All manufacturers’ warranties WILL APPLY to defective merchandise; you should contact us within 24 hrs of receipt if you have an issue and we will advise you on how to proceed. It is solely up to the manufacturer whether they will replace, repair or refund your item. We want to make your golf accessories shopping experience pleasant and we want your repeat business, so we will do everything in our power to alleviate any problems you might have with the manufacturer.
Items must be in original packaging and not have been used for refund. All items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We stand behind our products so there will be a full refund if there was an error on our part.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us by the next business day of receipt. Please do so by emailing us at: support@golfnetworksgroup.com.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 days before you see a refund posted back to your credit card account. It may take up to the next billing cycle to see your refund on your credit card statement. You will see the transaction as RIDER NETWORKS on your statement. We will notify you by email when the credit has been processed.
We will not accept returns on opened software, compact discs, videos, discounted or used items.
We will not accept returns on items that are discontinued.
Wellzher golf bags provide a 7 day return policy during which time you may return any product undamaged (at customers expense) for any reason at all. For returns/refunds on damaged or defective items we must be notified within 7 days of item being received or there will be no refund.
